We know that by the time you’ve received this price list, you have already made many important decisions about your wedding; where to have the ceremony, choosing just the right location for the perfect reception, who to invite and who will be in the wedding party. Our goal is to help you make the process of hiring a great wedding photographer easy. We’ve created a variety of packages based on listening to what brides and grooms want for almost 10 years. They are listed below. If you don’t see just the right combination of prints, albums and other offerings, let us know and we will be happy to design a package just for you.

Package Options

OPTION 1:

• Up to 8 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 400 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 400 images for an additional $200.)
• A high-res DVD of your 400 digital negatives will be sent to you in 3-4 weeks.

This option appeals to the creative couple that would like to edit their own photos or create their own albums. You can have your images printed from the DVD, email them to friends, use them as screen savers or create slide shows for your iPod. Your imagination is the only limit.

OPTION 2:

• Suitable for small weddings with a short ceremony
• Up to 4 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2-3 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 250 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 250 images for an additional $200.)
• You will receive 250, 4x6 prints  
• A high-res DVD of your 250 digital negatives will be sent to you a year after your wedding upon request

OPTION 3:  (Our most popular option)

• Up to 8 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2-3 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 400 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 400 images for an additional $200.)
• You will receive 400, 4x6 prints
• A high-res DVD of your 400 digital negatives will be sent to you a year after your wedding upon request.

OPTION 4:

• Up to 8 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2-3 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 400 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 400 images for an additional $200.)
• You will receive 400, 4x6 prints
• A high-res DVD of your 400 digital negatives will be sent to you a year after your wedding upon request.
• A 24 page large deluxe matted or flush final album with 24, 8x10 photographs is included.

OPTION 5:

• Up to 8 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2-3 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 400 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 400 images for an additional $200.)
• You will receive 400, 4x6 prints
• A high-res DVD of your 400 digital negatives will be sent to you a year after your wedding upon request.
• A 30 page large deluxe matted or flush final album with up to 42 photographs in a custom designed layout is included.

OPTION 6:

• Up to 8 hours of digital photo coverage by a photographer.
• We upload all photos taken to a secure login website within 2-3 weeks of your wedding and you choose the 400 you want color corrected (or, you may have our professional editors select the best 400 images for an additional $200.)
• You will receive 400, 4x6 prints
• A high-res DVD of your 400 digital negatives will be sent to you a year after your wedding upon request.
• A large deluxe matted or flush final album with 50 pages and up to 70 photographs in a custom designed layout is included.

A La Carte Upgrades

• Extra hours are $250 each.
• To receive your 4x6 prints in a Leather Craftsmen preview album add $275.
• To receive your 4x6 prints in an archival leather display box add $75.
• To receive your hi-res disk of digital negatives sooner than one year, add $100.
• To receive a hi-res disk of digital negatives of all the photos taken add $200.

Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of $1,500 (or one-third of the total, whichever is greater) is required with submission of contract in order to reserve your photographer. The non-refundable remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. Any overpayment due to overestimation of expenses will be refunded following the wedding. Retainers should be paid by check. Final payment can be made by certified check, or cash.

Your 4x6 Prints
Our prints are professionally color corrected, high quality images, suitable for albums or framing. They are not watermarked or impaired in any way.

Preview Albums
Leather Craftsmen preview albums are approximately 11x14 inches in size. Your prints are placed 4 to a page in removable, sleeves. These albums are easily customized, allowing you to create your own album with extra prints available for friends and family.

Reprints
These professional prints can be ordered directly from our website with a secure login for your event so you do not have to be the go between when friends or family want to order reprints. Your photos will be posted approximately 2-3 weeks after your wedding.
